Its my 3 year old girl’s birthday today and there will be a small birthday party at our home. I decided that I would reserve my day for making preparations for the same and didn’t set an alarm for the morning. Also as per the plan every alternate day would be a workout day to balance rest and workout.
It was 7.00 a.m. and I was sound asleep on a relaxed saturday morning. Since the past few days I had been trying to wakeup early to make way for good health and my body clock seems to be adjusting for it. I was awake by 7.25 a.m. and I decided to head for the joggers park. I should have rested today but I could not.
Yesterday I struggled but managed to complete 3 rounds at the joggers park in a longer time frame and today I decided that I would try to improve my yesterday’s record. 3 rounds was the target. I completed that in 10 minutes and 47 seconds today. Again an improvement from yesterday’s record. Also performed 10 pushups and 4 dips on the parallel bars.
I won’t go for the 4th round until I improve the time frame for 3 rounds. Ideally I feel that 9 minutes would be the appropriate goal which I should settle for.
Lets see if I can make it possible….
